I had an appointment but still ended up waiting over an hour just for my car to get in. Also the level to open my hood was broken after the service.

We reached out to Madison to find out she moved out of state. Madison did not return our calls or emails. Madison's appointment was set up as a drop off for her trip check. our drop off appointments are set up as a convenient time for our customers to come in and leave their vehicle with us. a waiting appointment is scheduled at a time where we have the availability to work on the customers vehicle as soon as they arrive. Also we had pointed out to Madison that the hood latch wasn't working and repaired it at no charge to her when she returned for an oil change
