I purchased the super saver coupon and go here often. This time I had an appointment and it took an hour to get a basic oil change and took them 10 minutes to figure out how to reset maintenance light. If I have an appointment I don't expect it to take an hour to do a simple oil change.

we talked with Paul and explained the super saver is a full service oil change that includes an inspection and a road test that on average takes about 45 mins. Paul's 2004 Toyota prius had three different maintenance reminders that needed to be reset taking additional time. we are sorry we didn't properly explain avoiding any misunderstanding.
