Great service
Had a tire blow out on 65N and Southern Dixie came to the rescue. From the phone person to the tow truck driver and the service team the customer service was excellent. We were headed home to Ohio and they were prompt and caring to get us back on the road.

My neighbor just bought a 2024 454 4-door at brand new tires but not in his Jeep so we bought new tires for our TJ did the same excellent service Quality Service did exactly what we wanted and couldn't ask for better service hands down any further service that we need done on our older vehicle we will definitely be bringing it back thank you guys for your perfect service

Roadside breakdown!!
Pick up with wrecker service was quick and professional. After checking in at the shop I was notified the next day of the potential problem and estimated cost to get it running again and then check if any other codes needed to be addressed. I was notified the next day of when the part was expected and assured it would be repaired as soon as the parts came in. The weekend passed and I received a call with news that i was ready to go. Thanks for the quick turnaround!!

Great service!
Our alternator went out on the way back home from a vacation near Clanton. I called Southern Dixie and they towed us back to the shop and immediately starting working on our vehicle. Once fixed we were back up and running! Very helpful crew and very professional. They went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend!

Lifesaver
My daughter broke down off the interstate and these guys towed her car and replaced her alternator and had her Back on the road in a day! Tow fee and labor under 500.00!

The opposite experience I have at the dealership
Brought them my beater to just get my over heating issues worked out. Took them a day to find the issue I had over looked for weeks. They didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need when it turns out the cooling fan was just disconnected.
