Almost got killed on i75 because of ineptness of Dale to find the correct part for my car.
Dale the owner simply had to replace a door panel. He lost the screws and took weeks and finally said he was in a BOATYARD at 1:30 am looking for a screw!!!! I kept telling him to go to VW. Fast forward he put a screw in that didn’t work and my door kept flying open. Again he put in an incorrect screw. This time I was on I75 with passengers and the door flew open but now I could not close it. I was almost hit by 2 cars as I swerved and we all could have died.
NEW dealership said car is un driveable. He’s sloppy, and lied continually about when my car would be fixed.
My insurance company said they removed him from their preferred vendor list due to so many complaints.
I have since learned he was able to go in an delete complaints!
