Customer is misinformed on actual recall procedure and unwilling to talk further or come in for a demonstration of recall being done on another vehicle. His car was here for 1 visit in 50,000 miles, he should be careful with whoever is taking care of his maintenance needs - his complaint indicates substandard work is being done by that provider. We stand by our work 100% and our reviews certainly show that. He is welcome to come in any time to observe our procedures.
