This was such a terrible customer service experience. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. I've spent over two weeks trying to purchase a vehicle from them. My verbal cash offer was accepted, but they apparently didn't even have the title for the vehicle. I told them I was OK to wait until they got the title. When I contacted them trying to confirm if they were indeed going to hold the vehicle for me (and was happy to put down a deposit) they ignored all my emails. I called multiple times per day for around 10 days and never could reach the manager I was dealing with - Rupert Garcia. Finally after almost two weeks of chasing him he told me they simply wouldn't hold the car for me and that I should look elsewhere.
Life is too short, don't put yourself through this - shop elsewhere!
