As a customer for years, I've never had to return a car, because a job wasn't done correctly, until now; but because of the many possibilities of what can be wrong with it, I fully understand why it couldn't be diagnosed immediately. However, they are willing to try the various options, until they get it corrected (and I am willing to be patient, as well, because I know they won't give up until the problem is made right). Monique is a GEM! Personable, always helpful, and very knowledgable about vehicles. I've never known anyone like her in the years I've taken my cars to be serviced. Extremely valuable to So.
