I am sorry to hear we missed the mark on a perfect experience. I am the new General Manager here and am striving to give every customer that 5 star experience. I will follow up with you today to make sure we fix these issues.

Things wrong were;
1) the wheels were never cleaned and the glue was left on from the tire/wheel coverings.
2) Ink stain to back seat that they couldn't get out. Told to come back and after 2nd trip, stain still there.
3) Key fob; key was never cut and not told of this until I tried to use it (meaning couldn't get into vehicle). Key fob still not cut, as they say dealer has not sent codes (03/04/2015)
