I apologize things didn't go as smoothly as we both would have liked. I have recently started here and my first mission is to make sure we are giving the best experience for our guests as possible. I was not particularly impressed with the gentleman who took us for the test drive, either - he wasn't particularly well informed about the car and actually gave us misinformation about several details (we looked it up afterward because we weren't sure we believed the answers).
However, everyone was friendly, and when we decided we were interested in making a purchase, to process went smoothly. If you're educated and know what you want, this dealership is fine. I wouldn't necessarily expect great expertise if you have a lot of questions, though.
