I had my car towed to Souders because it wasn’t starting. A day or two later they said I’d have to get it towed from Souders to a competent auto shop b/c Souders couldn’t identify the problem. Then they tried charging me $60, without doing any work on the vehicle or even identifying the problem. The second auto shop quickly diagnosed and replaced a broken ignition switch. For all I know Souders didn’t even touch my car. Worst auto shop I’ve ever experienced, doubt they’ll be around too long.
