Terrible
You guys had my car for over 3 months and sat in your lot because your tow trucks broke down. I missed 3 major holidays, missed time with my child, getting to work became an issue. There was little to no communication throughout the time my car was with you guys. When I came to get my car, there was a giant snow pile in front of my car which I had to dig out myself. If I could give negative stars I would.

Car repair
Very honest family business. Repaired my son’s car while he was away at college. Honest about what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or add any additional charges. Rates were very reasonable!

A Very Happy Experience
I had an electrical issue with my vehicle and contacted SOS about a solution. I spoke with them on a few occasions and set up an appointment. Everyone I spoke with were very educated, professional, and helpful. I will definitely return with any future repair needs.

Quick, Helpful, Reasonable
I had a minor mechanical issue on my vehicle that shut me down in the dark, 1 1/2 miles from my exit. SOS replied to me quickly, came and hooked to my truck and trailer, and dropped me off at my motel. The next morning, they picked me up at the motel and brought me to their shop where they were getting my truck repaired. I was on the road with only a few hours delay! And the bill was reasonable!

The BEST
Hands down the best service I’ve had!! Brought my car in for the first time I was quite nervous, but Josh and his mechanic fixed my car and now it’s running good and no problems!! They definitely went above and beyond for me!
