I won't be back for another vehicle. I feel like there were scare tactics used in order to push me to buy another vehicle, telling me the engine was going in the car yet now it being on the lot for $12888. I feel taken advantage of, with the special protective treatment supposedly being applied but obviously not, and the financial were not what they appeared to be.

HI Kathy,

I wanted to let you know as well that your vehicle does need a engine. It is parked out back still not for sale becuase we are waiting on the engine to arrive. As far has the paint protection cost it looks like you paid $919 for it not 1200. 
As far as the fiance portion we got you a great rate though hyundai and we had to go though them beacuse of the 500 rebate that you got. We did send it over to service credit union like you asked us to i can show you that if you would like. This negtaive score greatly effects our sales person and the dealership. I am all about transparency. I would like to have we score the survey i can send that to you. But i would like to discuss more when yoiu have a moment your concers either in person or with a quick phone call. I look forward in hearing from you.
