Very disrespectful to a senior citizen.
Called this morning on 05/04/2026 first to want to say I was ask to bring my car to help fix, Mr Ernie spoke so rude and disrespectful I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing, I was working at the time of call so I was at a whisper . He had previously done work on my car and it’s worse than before. Ernie tried to get out of it by saying I’m not going to work with you on your car anymore because he missed my car up the electrical is so bad I can’t move up my seat backwards and forward. Please don’t take your car up there he fix things and also break things to have you come back , plus it’s a very nasty place let’s see what BBB have to say about them .
