Horrible service and customer service
I took my vehicle in for battery replacement wasnt notified when the job was complete I called and was told that customers typically call them to verify completion but to my surprise when I went to pick up my vehicle it had a whole other issue the air shocks had gone out and they insisted that it was like thayt when they received it from their tow truck driver it had also been vandalized and the manager informed me that he would take care of it and replace the broken parts after a few follow up calls they decided they would not be doing any more work on my vehicle due to me inquiring about the time frame and the cost of the repairs which I found to be strange and very unprofessional so I went to the location and spoke with the manager again and he assured me he would fix it and I agreed to pay for the repairs I then got a call stating my vehicle was ready so I went back to the shop to pick it up amd not only was it not repaired now I have a vandalized vehicle inoperable and the radio isn't working at this point this shop has wasted so much of my time and money its unreal if you want your vehicle repaired dont take it here the management is very rude the staff is incompetent and they claim there's a homeless person that vandalized vehicles left on their property my entire experience from start to finish was down right inappropriate on all levels be careful visiting this shop better yet save your time and money go somewhere else.
