Professional, honest, affordable service
I've been taking my vehicle to Smith's for years and am always happy when I leave. Scheduling appointments is easy and I can usually get a loaner if I can't wait for my car. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Routine maintenance visits come with an email or text with the results of the inspection and if needed pictures of the vehicle. When larger repairs are needed, I can always count on clear communication about the issue and costs. If other repairs are found, the team will reach out to discuss those repairs before performing additional service. Their professionalism and high quality of work has allowed me to keep my vehicle longer than what I would normally. It's expensive in today's world to buy new/used cars so having a team that can help maintain my vehicle and keep it running smoothly is a great asset.
