Stranded with no battery
My car would not start and it was thought to be the battery. Scott came to my location and quickly diagnosed a broken cable going to the battery. He provided a temporary fix, enough for me to drive the car to the service center. The cable was replaced and I was on my way in no time. This was during a week in which bad weather caused a large backup of work at Smiths, but they were able to fix my vehicle in an efficient manner. So grateful for Scott and the crew at Smiths.
