prblem with work done and want warraty work
i'm not satisfied with the last service you all done because i had to take it back and you wouldn't warranty what you did.i took my vehicle to moore buick and the same sensor that you put on was bad,then i took it back to you for the warrenty and you wouldn't stand by your work even though i paid another dealer to check it out.you told my father inlaw that it wasn't your part you put on but it was and after he left there he took it to another place and it was the same sensor you changed and verified by two other companies.i don't see why you couldn't change the sensor like i asked but i was told i'm not changing anything and if i do i will charge you double if it doesn't fix the problem.i have took my vehicle to you all plenty of times but now i will not go back just because the way i was treated and you wouldn't stand by your work, for goodness sake the par only cost 67.oo dollars and it was under warranty.

Dear Mrs. Denton, We would like to thank you for spending your time to inform us that our service didn't meet your expectations. On August 4, we did a computer diagnostic and replaced your B2 S1 O2 sensor. We did another diagnostic at your request on October 3, after hearing of your problem with the vehicle. The B2 S1 O2 was the only sensor we replaced. This sensor is under warranty. Our diagnostic shows that this sensor is not bad. We would like you to bring the vehicle by to show you on our system which sensor needs to be replaced. We can replace the sensor under warranty if you are confident the dealers are right. If our diagnostic is correct you will be charge for the work because it would not be a warranty job. Please feel free to contact me at 910-353-7278 to schedule your appointment.
