I would give them 0 stars if I could. I dropped my car off over night for an inspection in the morning. I woke up to 11 calls and voicemails from a man named chuck who refused to let me speak and seemed to enjoy talking over me. He told me that my car failed inspection and that I needed 4 new tires a new alignment along with new front and back breaks. Which I questioned because I got all new tires and breaks last year previously to my Inspection. I have never put more than 12,000 miles on my car and due to covid I haven’t driven my car much this year either. I explained that I wanted to pick my car up because after reading all the reviews it makes sense that he is taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman. I feel extremely disrespected and will be reporting them to the better business bureau along with the central bucks chamber of commerce in Doylestown. I explained that I would be picking up my car and taking it to another appointment I just made for my state inspection and at 11:15 he told me that he was on lunch break and I can’t pick it up until 1pm earliest. Took it to another place where I normally get my work done and they passed it no problem.
