About 2 weeks ago I took my car in to get a new starter at Smiths they said it was guaranteed the starter went out 2 weeks later and because I didn't want to tow it further so I took it to a different guy that said that it was the starter and that the starter they had put in was bad Smith's refused to refund the money for the old starter that was not good said it would affect their distributor that supplied them with their parts so they were high priced and didn't really fix the problem or even try to resolve the situation so I lost all the money I put in for the starter And they were very unprofessional.
