I've taken my car to Smith Specialty in the past. Overall my experience has been good and they seem pretty fair about their pricing and provide good work. However, I was disappointed with my last visit. I called on Friday about bringing my car in on Monday for some pretty major repairs (oil leak and break work). They told me to bring it in on Monday and they would take a look at it. I brought the car in early Monday and planned to be able to leave the car on Tuesday so they would have plenty of time to diagnose and work on the car. Unfortunately, they did not even bring the car in to diagnose it until the last business hour on Monday and did not call me until late Tuesday morning about their findings. Since they were so slow to look at the car, they needed to keep it a third day, which severely inconvenienced me. It was very frustrating that i called ahead of time about bringing my car in, then provided them two days to do the work, but it still took three days because of their timing. On the positive, their work seems to be good and their price fair.
