Service issues
After receiving a text verifying my appointment for an oil change, I called to add an additional service to my visit. They couldn’t find my appointment when I called, locating it eventually under the Kia scheduling. I received a new text notifying me of the updates. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the dealership was unable to find my appointment and the parts I requested hasn’t been ordered. As I was Becoming increasingly frustrated, the dealership offered to at least get my oil changed. That was fine, however they then proceeded to claim the issue was due to a call center. By that time I really didn’t care where the problem was, I just wanted it fixed. This is the third issue I’ve had with this dealership since The Smart ownership, the first being that they didn’t put oil in my engine and blew the motor up. ( Which they did replace,) There are many places to spend my money—I have been coming here for over 10 years…horrible customer service and I won’t be back.
