2 Ford dealerships could not diagnose the problem with the cruise control after 4 trips. The last time they road tested it and sent it back. Took it to Small Town, John had it diagnosed in 10 minutes as the clock spring. Nye Ford dealership couldn't diagnose it but said it wasn't the clock spring. It was the clock spring. Have had no problems since John fixed it. Fast, accurate, and they accepted my extended warranty.
