Fantastic Service!
After leaving New York, my son and his college buddies broke down in Nashville. They had no idea where to take our van and they stumbled across Simpson's Auto. What a find, Jim took care of them like they were his own kids. He got a new driveshaft put on it and had it ready to go when they came back through from Florida. I can't thank him and everyone who worked on our van enough, he even gave us a few tips on some work that should be done when they got back to NY. They're the Best.

After having a late night emergency with an axle while travelling, I happened upon Simpson's, sleeping in my car near their shop while waiting for them to open. Their lot was FULL of vehicles, so I didn't think they'd be able to help me without an appointment. Despite being low on mechanics, they made the effort to repair my problem. Very kind and professional people working here, a real gem! I've worked in this industry for years and this place deserves 10 stars. Thank you, gentlemen!

Oil change service was friendly and efficient
These guys are reliable. Made an oil change appointment ahead of time. Got there and they got me in right away. Showed me my air filter so I could decide whether to replace it. I feel like a valued customer with these guys.
