super friendly staff
I hate the thought of just picking out of the clear blue just any place to maintenance my vehicle, since the Saturn Dealerships are no longer I am very skeptical of who I deal with. the old Saturn dealerships had friendly staff and I miss feeling at home with the free coffee and pastries, the tv lounge and the nice car wash when you left. Just when I thought this kind of place did not exist, well what do you know. I randomly picked Simply Smog to do a somewhat complicated problem with my Saturn. So far it seems the problem got resolved but what amazed me is the honesty in which they handled my problem beginning to end. Mike and John, super cool gentlemen. John is , so far, my hero and the place is so like the old Saturn Dealership Service Center. I felt right at home in their lounge and always greeted with a smile. thanks again Simply Smog!!!!
