I recently had my Hyundai Genesis serviced at Simmons Rockwell Hyundai in Elmira NY. I spoke with Ashley, who set the appointment, and completed a very difficult service (replacing the starter, which is a tricky one) for me. Along he way, Dreu also helped when Ashley was unavailable. Together, they turned a potential nightmare experience into a WONDERFUL service of my car, and completed the repair, even thought difficult. I can't say enough about how happy I was driving away in my vehicle! I also spoke to a manager there to tell him how pleased I was. Highly recommend!!!
