Leveling kit
After putting a leveling kit and tire and rims on my 2020 ram the truck rode like crap and made a ton of noise.long story short they went above and beyond what they had to to make it right. Ended up putting in new struts which they never charged me for the labor. Truck rides beautiful now and looks great. Thank you all so much for all the hard work and time spent. I would give 10 stars if i could.

Best Around & vist regularly
Professional. Knowledgeable. They have an answer or solution for every noise, bump or vibration question you might have.. Staff and owners always in great spirits there too, and always ready to help. Had an oil change done and received a quote for my next tire purchase. Winter is creeping up.

Battery Replacement
As a return customer to Silver City, I have to say I have always had a positive experience here. The employees are professional and courteous at all times, a rarity these days....as the Temperature dipped to -25 degrees overnight, I needed to replace my battery today. I called they verified they had mine in stock, I went right down and 15 minutes later had a quality battery installed for a fair price. This is why I stay local with merchants I trust.......Thanks we will be back! Robin & Gerry S.

Beware and go some place for professional work
Drove vehicle in for tire change and alignment quoted $200. Had vehicle entire day replaced parts that did not need to be replaced then had to leave vehicle overnight because it was not drivable. May have to haul it somewhere else on trailer after charging over $800 to break my veh.

Fast service. Quality work. Reasonable prices.
David and Tony were very helpful in providing a second opinion (versus dealer) in a timely manner. Silver City Tire does excellent work, and I know my vehicle is safe to drive. They don't do unneccesary work, and costs are reasonable.

customer care is great!
rated a three, because the product that was purchased (dynomax muffler) did not sound as i and the staff expected.. However great staffing told me to bring it back and would look into removing a resignator to aquire the sound that was desired.
