I started bringing my 1999 Mercedes E55 and 2010 Volkswagen GTI to Silver Arrow after I had a handle of mid to bad experiences at a different shop. I knew the owner of the other shop so I got a friend's discount and he was a nice guy but there was a lack of detail oriented service. Multiple occasions I would bring the car in with a list of issues and maybe 1 would get fixed permanently and the others would slowly start cropping up again. This is NOT the case with Silver Arrow Motors every repair they have made has been a permanent fix and often comes in under the quoted price. Not to mention I sometimes forget to mention something that is bothering me when I drop it off, like a suspension clunky, and they not only noticed it but diagnosed and fixed it immediately! Derek and Josh are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this shop for all your Mercedes service needs! For the record they also took great care of my Volkswagen too!
