The gentlemen at the service desk was excellent!!
I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who greeted me & took care of my service call. He was excellent (the girl at the desk never acknowledged me entering, she just kept eating her donut, or when returning to leave, she needs more training) the gentleman made sure all my questions about the recall were answered & was very nice and professional. He is a great asset to Hyundai. I drive over an hour for this kind of service. I even asked them if they would check the air pressure on the tires, which they did. (The girl, was rude & could lead to customers not returning, I hope they look into who was working)

Good service. Very convenient.
The dealership did a good job with the repair that was covered under warranty. They let me use a nice loaner car instead of waiting at the service center. Good service all the way around.

Trust worthy dealership

Needed oil change and tire rotation
Recently had appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They said an hour to an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I needed new tires. They offered information on tires. I ended up buying them there and they put them on without hesitation. Very professional staff and clean facility. Thank you!

Long wait
Although I am pretty much pleased with Hyundai in general, I have something to say. I have had all the work in my leased vehicle done at their Lakewood facility. Not any real complaints about the work. My dissatisfaction is the amount of time waiting at the facility. How long does it take to change oil? That’s my one complaint. The amount of time I have spent waiting for the work to get done!
Sorry Hyundai, but that area needs some improvement.
