Rude, Thief , Late service, and Poor Mechanic
Dropped off vehicle 2 days ago with promise it would be done at 11 am 2 days after. Problem wasn’t found so was told $450 for tune up should have positive effects. Then got phone call 30 min after needed time and told it would be another $350 and more time cause the car is running worse then when dropped off and the entire tune up couldn’t be completed.Then was told I was being rude for my frustration. When I picked up the vehicle after refusing the extra work he recommended, he had added in an extra $100 so I ended up getting charged $550 for a tune up the wasn’t completed.
