We’ve always been satisfied with Shirley Auto. My husband and his family have been going to them for decades and we always recommend them to friends. Only knocked off one star because I did feel there was a lack of communication regarding my service. I had to call twice: once at 4pm for a status update and confirmation that my car would be done that day and then again at 4:50 (10 min before closing) because no one called me to tell me my car was finished and ready for pick up.
Other than that small inconvenience we are always satisfied with Shirley Auto and appreciate their kindness and transparency!
