Excessive cost
I was charged over $630 to replace plastic coolant reservoir, oil change and tire rotation. Outrages.

Excellent Service
I use Sherman’s auto repair as my regular mechanic. As usual every aspect of my experience was excellent. I have an older truck (2005 Ford Explorer Spirt Trac) and it has a lot of issues. I assume that there must be some level of frustration at having to service my old raggedy truck but no one ever makes me feel this. Instead they are always professional and courteous to me and always complete the repairs efficiently and quickly. I will continue to use Sherman’s auto repair as my ‘go to’ mechanic.

Best Auto Service in ATL
Once again , Sherman has met and exceeded my expectations in servicing my vehicle !

I can say with confidence that Sherman is one of the BEST auto service shops in the city . He is as knowledgeable as any " Lexus dealer " regarding their vehicles ,,, and he is totally committed to serving his customers well . If you are looking for a expert auto service provider that you can trust ,,,, you have to try Sherman .

AWFUL repair service
I had my car back two days on the second day the same problems accrued that I had before the so called repairs, now I have been waiting another week for my car with no answers as to what the problem is and yes the car is still under warranty they have been paid and I have no car. I would not recommend Sherman Auto Repair to anyone even though they are on the Repair Pal website list because they are NOT “A-1” Qualified and you are not treated as a VALUED CUSTOMER.
