I have a car with unusual problems, and they do everything they can to make their customer happy! This visit was regular maintenance- just new brake pads- but I'll be bringing my car back for everything else it needs in the future ?
Upon recommendation, I asked Shepherd Automotive to evaluate a car I was buying from 100 miles away. The service manager, Chris, both explained the process over the phone and helped me set a time with the seller, then provided immediate and helpful information about the car's condition, following up with a detailed written report via email. For anyone considering a used car, I cannot recommend this.service highly enough - for a very affordable $50, this will give you either peace of mind or critical information about your prospective purchase.
I have been taking my Jeep Wrangler to Shepherds since I first met them through a referral about 7 years ago. I have complete confidence that they are totally honest, extremely knowledgeable and capable. I feel very fortunate to know them and that they will always take the best care of my Jeepy. My car required a great deal of work and it really set me back financially but Chris and his team spoke to me kindly and that helped keep my stress level down. He was honest about the required repairs and the cost and worked with me to keep the cost down as much as possible.
Was a bit startled by the cost of 'routine' maintenance, which consisted mostly of fluid and filter changes and associated labor. Suppose I am just a bit out of touch with the cost of this sort of thing. was happy to have the maintenance done, and glad they found a slight damage to oil pan, which was causing slight oil leak. nonetheless, cost was surprising. Alignment and rotation done complimentary fixed a slight pull, which is nice. Overall a good visit, though time will really tell.
