I dropped my truck off in the evening and Rich informed me that he would not be able to look at it until the morning. He called me around 8:15 am with a diagnosis and options as to what I could do. I needed new tires and he called just to ask if I wanted the words on the tires facing outward or in, and gave me his personal opinion. About 45 minutes after I picked it up, he called just to see how it was running (it was running great). Rich actually cared and I will return to him in the future.
