I brought my vehicle in for service. I felt that I needed brakes due to the little noise the brakes make when the wear indicated chirps. I also thought perhaps my shocks and struts may need to be replaced. After Richard evaluated my vehicle, he called and said he only rotated my tires and that my brakes still had about 50% of the pads left and no leaking on shocks or struts. $25 later I picked up my vehicle. Richard is trustworthy and won't provide service unnecessarily. That gives me peace of mind!
