2008 ford escape
The work was done quickly and done well. Communication between the auto repair shop and the customer was lacking. I had to call several times to get the first estimate and again if it was done. Always a great price but a bit unorganized.

John at Shelby Auto Care identified the problem with my vehicle promptly. He gave me an estimate within an hour of taking my vehicle in for service. The repair was completed 3 hours later and I picked my car up on the same day as I took it into Shelby Auto Care.

Excellent service
Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and accurately in a timely fashion. Overall great experience!! I will be recommending to anyone who will listen. At times auto repairs and maintenance can seem overwhelming. They make the experience easy and I left feeling assured that everything was done correctly. I had them maintain two of my teenage daughters cars and now can feel at ease that they will be safe driving the distance back to college next week. Thank you

Another satisfied customer
I brought my Jeep in when the check engine light came on, and I had it back by the end of the day repaired and running like new. Most importantly, I know when I drop it off the repairs will be done right and I won't be overcharged.
