My vehicle was intermittently stalling and I was very nervous to drive it. Even though I was a new customer Shane’s fit me into their schedule a couple of days later. They diagnosed and repaired it that same day, kept me informed when it was pulled into the shop to look at it, called me to explain about the part that needed replacing and even showed me the part that they removed when I picked up the vehicle. I believe that speaks to their honesty. They are very professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them again.
