So this is about Mid atlantic off route 3 taking full advantage of me. So Mid Atlantic did an oil change on my nissan altima. They said the check engine light was on and needed to be looked at. They said the Cam shaft position solenoid needed replacing. So I let them do it along with the oil change. Come to find out the Camshaft postiion solenoid didn't fix the problem and my car started sputtering and dying at idle. They said I would need a new engine. 5,000 dollars. I got a second opinion from 7Oaks auto care off telegraph road in odenton. They fixed the problem. All it needed was a tune-up and to have the correct camshaft position solenoid put in it. Mid Atlantic screwed up and replaced the wrong part thinking it was the camshaft solenoid. It was actually An intermediate phase lock solenoid. The solenoids are identical but they have a different place they fit on the engine. Thank you Tony for fixing a problem that Mid Atlantic tried to fix but couldn't then lied about to try and get me to put in an engine. Plus Tony did it for a fraction of what they were charging.
