There was a crack in my rim that was visible when they swapped and did not notify me at all and had to drive back for them to check because one of the tires were flat in the morning. In addition, they lacked accountability and made it seem as if I was incompetent and never had my car serviced before and lied and stated it was a small crack and that it was not noticeable when in fact when I went to another tire company they showed me how obvious the crack
Was when the tire was removed. They let me drive off after swapping my tires and not notifying me about the crack and not giving me a proper invoice or check out all because I paid with a state voucher.
