Honest and fast.
Great group of people, repairs are reasonable. Once they did a quick no cost fix to get me through emissions until I was financially ready for a larger repair.

They treat me better than family.
SDR replaced the transmission in my Dodge Grand Caravan. It was completed in a timely manner. There were a few hiccups with the parts vendor. SDR kept me informed and my van better than ever.

The old rubber ‘re-tired’ a new tread hired
The tires had tread, but were slightly losing their ‘grip’, a little old, but not torn or rip’t. The vessel still handle the roads like a ship. But the wear on the rubba’s was not so hip.
So i took it to the SDR’s for care, [S]teve and his fellow [DR]’s replaced the ‘old pairs’. The wheels are ‘happy’ with what they wear. And with alignment smooth riding is fair 🚙 👍🏽.

The ‘DR’ in SDR is your auto ‘physician’
To check out any vehicle for any mechanical 🔧 ‘discrepancies’, any true mechanic must know what to look for ‘below the surface’ ⚙️ as well as recognising the 👨🏽‍🔧 obvious.
At SDR, they take the time to thoroughly investigate 🕵🏼 what your vehicle 🤔 needs, how urgent the needs 😧 are, and what is the best and most comprehensive way, to satisfy those needs.
They will not ‘steer’ you wrong, and the ‘wheels’ 🛞 in their heads, are always to be in ‘alignment’ with your vehicle’s 🛣️ journey. They will not leave you 🔐 locked out, 🔑 keyed up, or 🙄 ‘up in the air’.

Fast, excellent service
I dropped my van off after hours Wednesday evening. Jason looked at my van Thursday morning and had a diagnosis before noon. He had everything fixed and back in my possession before end of business on Friday (after he said he thought it would more likely be done Monday). Jason showed and explained the problem to me at time of pick up. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and speedy turnaround time.

Check Engine light
You guys are great, trying to do do your best! I'm just disappointed that after $2000.00 spent, the dang check engine light is still on! That was the whole reason behind taking in to get fixed!

The SDR Faamily are true Professionals
Steve, Jason and the rest of the SDR Team took care of me same day and Steve the owner drove me home while my Jeep Liberty was being repaired. The waiting space is spotless, great coffee with a Kureg, just really nice people. I started my life out as a mechanic and it's rare these days to find a place that only does it the right way. Cheers to SDR and thanks!
