I've had bad luck with cars, but Scotty's has been reliable in helping me with every problem I ever have! They know me as soon as I call (probably an advanced call ID system, but hey, it's still nice!) and they're always very friendly and accommodating. This trip was just a routine oil change, but it was still a great experience.
