Knowledgeable and honest
Scotty's always goes the extra mile. They diagnosed an electrical issue when no one else could find it, because it only happened when it was a certain temperature outside. They reran my smog test over and over when the DMV system hade a computer reset, and there was a glitch with older vehicles. In short, great diagnosticians with integrity. And they're very personable.
