The only shop I trust
I saw a large pool of oil under my 2005 Chevy Tahoe and knew it needed to be checked immediately. There's only one shop I trust and that's Scott's. I know I'm going to get an honest answer of necessary work. Kevin, Bob and Crystal are always so nice and friendly whenever I come into the shop. Kevin had to be the bearer of bad news that my car needed major work and gave me an estimate. No one wants to hear their car needs major work or be left with the decision to invest in your current car or buy a new one. His empathetic delivery was given with compassion and kindness. If I took my Tahoe to get an oil change anywhere else, I also received a list of suggested work that was never necessary work but only for the shop to make a profit. Scott's never does that and does only work that your car needs and they do that work well. That's why Scott's is the only shop I trust.
