They are very nice to you when you arrive even if you don’t have a scheduled appointment. Very willing to help you.
They are very busy but still try to find a way to make your visit pleasant while your car is being worked on. They also explain what was found on your vehicle and what needs repaired; and tries to get your vehicle in as soon as possible for those repairs if it cannot be done on that particular day.
