I have been using Schummer's for the past 9 year and when Rusty was there I felt like I got great customer service and was also given a break every so often when things got costly or wasn't charged for something nebulous. Now that there are others managing the shop I don't get that personal attention, and I would have thought with a bill over $1500 I would have been given some type of discount... if I was, they didn't tell me they were giving me a discount because the bill was actually more than I was quoted over the phone. Although I will likely continue to use their shop, I wish Rusty could come in and give the new guys some tips on how to build relationships with the regulars and keep them happy.
