I bought a used car that should not have been on the market. Transmission issues within days. Dealer was kind enough to give me a refund or buy another car, fair. Other car has issues too, it seems the "multi-point" inspection does not exist. I brought the car back to be sure the fluids were indeed checked, but they put the car thru a whole new multi point check and found issues, even tho the car just had the inspection to put up for sale. ?

I had personal information taken out of my glove box when car the was in their possession. No explanation, just "we'll shred it". Unacceptable.
