they kept my vehicle for a month, charged extremely high, broke a part while repairing another, then when they finally returned my vain, it was worse than when it when in. making awful noises. I am going to have to have it towed to another town to get worked on. when I tried to talk to the owner, he yelled, interrupted me, and finally hung up the phone on me.

Dear James. the reason it took a month was it was a week after you dropped off vehicle before I could get into the shop because where busy all the time, then it took a good week for parts to be delivered. My tech my accedently damaged one of the gaskets during reassembly, that cost a week more sorry, it also took extra time to repair the damage to the end of the crankshaft caused by fact that the pulley-harmonic balancer fell off engine. your engine has nearly 240K miles and it was noticed that your timing chain and al supporting parts where worn out and now was the time to replace them while I was in there. But you declined this recommendation saying that this motor was in perfect condition and was not interested in buying any more parts. The noise I hear and the one you refer to sounds just like a worn out sloppy timing chain which is common for a high mileage motor.You claim it making awful noises. Not nearly as awful as it was when you dropped it off with the crankshaft pulley flopping off the frt of the engine. James as I mentioned to you already I would like to help, my offer still stands, I will pay the labor to replace the parts that you declined during repairs, just pay for the parts. I ended the last phone conversation after you told me you didnt trust me, figured there was no reason to continue for that reason. respectfully, Jim Schneider
