This company really understands exceptional customer experience! When they couldn't schedule me last week, and found out I had an appointment at Ron Norris the next day for a different service, they suggested I ask RN if they could do the service I needed while my car was there. I got done what I needed done, and saved me some time as well. Rob will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is taken care of. I'm a customer for life for sure.
