I have been going to Schenectady Auto for many years. I have found Nick Falvo to be courteous, honest and friendly. He sets the standards for his employees as well. They are all excellent technicians. There is NO better place for service…..
Heather said the customer service was great, but the communication could have been better. She still has issues with the service that was done on her engine, she has to go back due to a check engine light that keeps coming back on. She was told they work on engines but she is still have issues with it.
Jason said they are personal, they figure out the issues, they talk to him and they don't try to up sell him. It is nice to know he has someone to go to if anything happens.
