ML 350 Compressor and Pully Repair and Replacement
My thoughts are this: you did a good job getting the repair done the same day. Thank you. However, on Saturday morning when I opened the hood to take a look I was very surprised to find that there was a foot long flat head screwdriver still laying within the engine compartment. But beyond that, I also noticed the skid plate that is at the bottom of the radiator was missing. This carelessness cause me concern. I called and left a message for Shaun who was handling my service. Note: the survey will not allow me to exit, unless I give a response to the question of recommending this business to a friend. I am giving a yes, because I believe this was an error of hastiness. But I expect my skid plate to be re-installed to the same as when my vehicle was brought in for service. Likewise, the order says I will need to have the AC checked for leaks within a week. Upon my return to have my skid plate re-installed, I'd respectfully request the recheck of the AC is done without charge given the absence of the skid plate and the foot long screw driver being found in the engine compartment that could have resulted in damage to my vehicle.
