I need fixes not excusses. Total fixes not partial fixes.
My 1999 Nissan Altima had high idle on cold start up. It still has 1500 rpm idle on cold start now which is some better than before of 2100 rpm, but still not right. I was told by Shawn that was best I could expect and a total engine rebuilt would be required to solve the problem(s). That seems a little extreme. The car's idle also still fluctuates and engine dies sometimes randomly. I was told when given the estimate it would solve the problem and it did not. I need total fixes not partial fixes. The engine now has what appears to be a flutter in engine running that it did not have before. You came highly recommended, I am disappointed. I think your review rating above is incorrect and not representative. Lyle L. Morgan
